I can't believe I just discovered this girl and she has been gaining wide spread attention for the past six months! This baby stuff must have me preoccupied! Nevertheless, I wanted to show you a video of Charice Pempengco, a 15 year old girl from the Phillipines that will soon be the next Whitney, Celine, or Mariah and maybe even bigger and better.
